    Existing Clients….

    *As an existing client, you can make an appointment at the client portal (“the virtual waiting room”).  To get there, go your Appointment Reminder & Link in your email (check “junk folder) or https//  If you haven’t yet created a password, click on “forgot password” and follow instruction.  When you put in your password, you will be taken the handy client portal where you can schedule appointmentsenter a scheduled sessiontest your telecounseling setuppick up resources from Terrie, and pick up superbills.


    You can make an appointment in one of 4 ways, whichever is most convenient:

    *To schedule your 1st appointment yourself, click on the “calendar” icon below.  I will then approve the appointment or suggest something else to help you get started.

    Please fill out and sign the new client paperwork… Intake and Consent Forms:

    –You can fill out the paperwork electronically on your computer, cell phone or tablet.

    –You can find the paperwork on this website at the “Client Forms” tab.  Print it off, fill it out, and email to

    –You can arrive at the counseling office 15 minutes early and fill out the paperwork in the waiting room.

    When you schedule an appointment(s), please indicate if you desire a Telecounseling or In-office session(s).  Until covid-19 settles, therapy will be by Telecounseling only in order to protect client health.
